Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO)
The Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO) in 2015 opened a new satellite facility to high performance athletes and coaches at Mattamy National Cycling Centre. The Centre uses the only indoor velodrome in Canada and only 2nd indoor velodrome in North America.
CSIO's new satellite training facility includes a 1,100 sqft of Strength and Conditioning space with an adjoining kitchenette, a 200 sqft Sport Therapy Suite, a Sport Lab (shared with Cycling Canada) featuring state-of-the-art equipment for testing and training high performance athletes, and 400 sqft of office space.
