- My Hero is Ben Cousins. Why?: he's cool. Suggested by: Flynn Johnston (Jan 2011).
- My hero is Ben Cousins becasue he is a hard working, committed AFL footballer who leaves no stone unturned on the training track. He is usually the first guy out and the last one in at training. Ben has won the Brownlow medal which is the best and fairest player in the competition, multiple All Australians, multiple club best and fairest's and is a premiership player. Cousins has overcome many adversities on and off the field and has one of the strongest minds. Has great will power and is a natural leader. (from Peter Athanasiou, Sep 2010).
