Totem Tennis, also called Swingball, is a game played between two individuals with the use of a stationary pole with a tennis ball tethered by a rope to the top of the pole. A similar sport is Speedball.

Totem Tennis is a simple outdoor game that involves a ball attached to a tall, free-standing pole by a rotating cord. Players use paddles to hit the ball back and forth, causing it to spin around the pole in either direction.
The objective is to make the ball wind completely around the pole in one direction while the opponent tries to hit it back the other way to unwind it.
The game can be played solo for practice or competitively with two players taking turns to strike the ball.
It is popular as a backyard or playground activity, as it requires minimal space and equipment. It is suitable for players of all ages and skill levels, making it a fun and accessible game for families.
