Knee Hockey - a New Sport

The new sport of Knee Hockey was created by the field hockey community in Wales around 2003. Knee hockey is a very quick and enjoyable game and fun to play with more people. It is a small field field hockey game where players keep at least one knee on the ground

Knee hockey can be played indoors and you can play 1-3 players on a team and you have goals around a foot and a half tall and in length about 2 feet and the sticks have to be under 80 cm. You are allowed to swap goalie stick and player stick when ever you like. The field can be 13 feet long and 11 feet wide or a reasonable size. You get 0 points for a loss 2 for a win and 1 for if you make overtime if you win in overtime it doesn't give you a extra point just 2.

What to play with:   

You will have a stick it has to be under 80 cm and your allowed any curve but no curve on goalie sticks. You play with a foam ball any colour or a bigger ball with stuffing inside and leather on the outside
