What is your ideal weight? Here is a table for determining your ideal body weight based on your height, according to the Body Mass Index (BMI). You look for your height on the left column, then across for your minimum and maximum suggested weight. This table gives your weight in kilograms. There is a similar table that gives your weight in pounds.
A BMI of between 20 and 25 is considered to be an ideal weight. You can use this table to determine your acceptable weight range for your height (in cm), by finding the weight corresponding to a BMI level of 20 and 25. For example, if you are 160cm tall, your ideal weight range is between 51.2 and 64.0 kg, and you are obese if you are above 76.8 kg.
